Returns. All our products have 15 days to return them. Once it reaches us back the product (with cost charged to the customer) and we see that is in perfect condition, we will refund your money back.
For customized products returning is allowed only when we send a faulty product. You need to demonstrate the product is faulty.
The customer will pay returning cost, and import duties if apply, in any case but when a faulty nib is admited by us.
If you do not receive your order, you must notify before 15 days from shipmement. Then we will start a claim to investigate where your package is. It may take up to 90 days for the investigation to conclude. If the package is lost we will refund your money back after 90 days.
