The process of purchase is easy to use. Go to the website, select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shipping cart. The shipping price will be approximate until you add the delivery address, then it will be calculated accurately.

The information that are asked you in the process of purchase is protected by law and it will not be used for any other end.

Prices shown VAT added or not depending on your IP address: if you are from an EU country the software will determine by your IP where are you connected from, so will show you the prices VAT included.

VAT for EU countries depends on each country policies.

If you do not receive your order, you must notify before 15 days from shipmement.

In case of lost or damage, we have 90 days for the Courier investigation for the parcel. After 90 days we will refund your money back if the shipping is declared lost.

It will be able to return your order in 15 days after receiving it. We will return your money once we have received the articles in perfect conditions, we do not take responsibility for the sending of return.
