With a JUSTUS fountain pen, you may adjust the 14 karats gold-rhodium nib tension to be as hard or soft as you like. By twisting the adjuster, the adjust plate, also in 14 Karats gold, moves back and forward, allowing you to adjust the firmness of the nib to suit your writing style. JUSTUS may even permit to write in a decorative hand.

This technology means the Justus 95 adapts to the users writing angle ensuring smooth and easy flow.

A setting to "H" for hard should allow for the smoothest possible writing, while "S" for soft will provide for line-width variation by providing a more flexible point. With a full range of settings to choose from, the user can decide on the setting which works best for the task at hand.
